Recognition & Press

… along a yet brief journey.

We admit that we have been guilty of getting too preoccupied with the task of learning ever more about our craft, its interaction with society and the desired good of all from the interaction, to be able to showcase our ideas and products to global juries.

Having said that, here’s the evidence of the eternal truth that good work never goes without appreciation:

  • Standing ovation at the Pune, India, edition of Asian Film Festival (AFF) for our maiden English feature film A.O.D. (The Art of Dying)
  • Standing ovations at Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New York editions of New York International Independent Film & Video Festival (NYIIFVF) for our maiden English feature film A.O.D. (The Art of Dying)
  • Letter of appreciation from Vegas Arts Corner, Las Vegas, USA
  • India’s largest circulation English daily The Times of India called Anshuman Rawat, writer, producer and director of A.O.D., “a rare talent” and featured him and A.O.D. on the front page of the Pune edition and the city section of Ahmedabad edition
  • India’s largest FM radio station Radio Mirchi featured Anshuman Rawat on leading morning show as a part of a story on “promising first-time filmmakers”
  • A.O.D. was featured by The Times of India in the list of films that represented the ushering in of a “new wave of cinema“, which makes use of new age technology, language and content.
  • A.O.D. was featured in other leading dailies of India like Indian Express, Deccan Chronicle and Mid Day
  • League was the only RNI (a government of India statutory body for newspapers in India) registered general interest English monthly magazine for Ahmedabad, a buzzing metropolis of over six million
  • Kitli – Life@Tea (now offline) was the first and only social networking site exclusively for the Ahmedabad
